ARRIVAL PACKAGE

ARRIVAL CALENDAR

With the intention to make the most of I-20 time, we have created an arrival system by the month. When you travel to the United States, do not forget to bring your I-20 and passport. If you do not bring this documentation you could take the risk of not being able to enter the United States. You must consider that all the registrations are performed every Monday of the third week of each month, and any student can be able to arrive 30 days before the specified date in the I-20. However, ADF recommends arriving 8 days before the registration date, because if you do not consider this time, the period of 12 months of training can be reduced, because the training time is counted from the first day of arrival in the US.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Airport Pick up
  • First visit to ADF to complete the registration process.
  • Cell phone acquisition
  • Travel to your housing accommodation
  • Assistance with purchase or lease of a vehicle (motorcycle or car)
  • Assistance with registering your vehicle
  • Trip to the supermarket to purchase groceries and toiletries
  • Open a bank account
  • Assistance with obtaining a US driver’s license
  • Vehicle Insurance/ Medical Insurance

NOTICE: This payment must be made before the date of the registration day. In case of not making the deposit before this date the student will not be able to start the registration process during that week until the payment has been regularized. Please consider that the payment is necessary to activate the SEVIS upon the student’s arrival at the academy.

___ Payment will be done with check or deposit in the school account. Please consider that we do not accept cash. For the account information, contact your academic counselor.
___ Payment will be done with credit card, please bear in mind that this entails an additional 3% of the amount to be paid due to the bank rate. Make sure to enable international transactions of your credit card in your country.

NOTE: THE ARRIVAL MUST BE FROM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, BETWEEN 9 AM AND 6PM, IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE DURING THIS SCHEDULE, YOU MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $80. THE RECEPTION WIIL BE HELD ONLY AT THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (THE CONTACT PERSON IS MAUREEN RAMIREZ +1-305-244-1809 / [email protected] ). THE STUDENT HAS TO PAY THE ARRIVAL PACKAGE UPON HIS OR HER ARRIVAL, IF THE STUDENT PREFFERS NOT TO AQUIRE THE WELCOME PACKAGE, THE STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURES. PLEASE, NOTICE THAT THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS AND NEGOTIATIONS ABOUT THE ARRIVAL PACKAGE PRICES THAT HAVE BEEN CHOSEN.
